
Do you enjoy helping people out of a bind? And do you have an affinity for software or the construction industry? As a Customer Support Engineer, you’ll help resolve software issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Together with the Support Team, you’ll be responsible for providing first-line support to our customers in the Benelux. After thorough internal training, you’ll help resolve a wide range of software issues, ensuring our customers remain satisfied and can continue working. You’ll serve as a vital link between the customer and our organization, providing valuable product information and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Additionally:
you provide timely and accurate technical support via various channels (phone, email, chat);
you document and track customer issues; you ensure the right solution and follow-up;
you will escalate complex issues to specialized support or engineering teams as needed;
you will maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services;
you will keep yourself informed of the latest product updates, features, and bug fixes;
you will maintain the frequently asked questions and answers in our knowledge base.
a one-year contract based on 40 hours per week (32 or 36 hours is also negotiable) with the intention of renewal;
a competitive salary between €2,600 and €4,000 based on full-time employment, depending on your educational background and experience;
